Wines from the most interesting and exciting wine regions of Spain, Italy and France. Since 2016 Decantering has supplied Ibiza's hospitality industry, serving some of the most renowned restaurants, hotels and catering companies on the island.
The opening of our new wine showroom in 2021 starts an exciting new chapter for Decantering.
FROM SELECTED WINERIES
Our wines come from serious winemakers, committed to their land and to sustainable agriculture in order to produce exciting wines for discerning customers. Our chosen wineries' productions are limited in quantity, whilst our wines are a clear example of how high quality does not always come at a premium price.
Decantering's range of wines was originally designed and built to satisfy the strict demands and tastes of the top restaurants, bars and catering companies of Ibiza, but these wines are also now available for a wider audience to enjoy, via our new wine showroom and the Decantering Members' wine Society.
From early 2021, we will be able to welcome you to our new wine showroom at Via Romana 44, Ibiza town (across the street from Policlinica del Rosario). Here you will find a unique wine shop and tasting room, creating a fresh meeting point for passionate winemakers, the best of the island's Hospitality industry and all wine lovers in ibiza.

DECANTERING WINE SOCIETY
We are excited to launch the Decantering Wine Society, a new wine club on Ibiza which will offer its members a number of benefits including:

Casa Agricola de Pepe Mendoza
The passage of the Romans and Arabs has left their mark and this heritage which has endured in the valley despite Phylloxera in 19th century until today. Stately manor built in the days of the splendor of the raisin and wine industrial past with a historic vineyard in liber, 12 ha of Giró and Muscat of Alexandria. A passionate story of which we are participants today, teaming up my spouse Pepa Agulló Llorca and the children.
